Well. This is one way to answer that.
LOL 😃
This is a supergroup now. So give username @fedora to @sesivany
Me. I want this group to be on @fedora.
You wanna poll about that?
Okay. Let's wait for @sesivany
What do you need?

You can not help in our question, because only creator of the group can change username of the group.
Well, you cannot change it to @fedora wgen it's already taken
Ah, you talking with the other group?

Just a little question

I'm searching them

sudo dnf install fedora-kickstarts.noarch

Thanks :)
But I'm searching for the source of the Kickstarters (git or every else)

Maybe somethere here
Found it in Fedora's git under spins-kickstarts repository
A bit confusing IMHO
I can change the name of the group to @fedora if it's freed... if it's what you wanted to hear. Not sure what message is official enough. Should we make the Fedora Project Leader ask for that? 😃
@wowse
I'm ready to take it.
@wowse
thank you, @wowse, for the address.

Thanks!

You need swap to be in fstab, to activate it automatically

thank you, I'll reboot now to test.

Hello
Hi Deadpool! 😄
This bot can create simple polls in groups.

/newpoll - create a poll
/results - see how the poll is going
/poll - repeat the question
/endpoll - close poll and show final results

Lol
Anyone here on Fedora 24 already? What's your experience so far? I just upgraded from 23 and must say the upgrade went really smooth.
It's in the alpha stage
Totally unsafe

It's released? O_o

I'm. All good
Totally unsafe
I don't recommend it to average users, but I wouldn't call it totally unsafe, I upgrade to the new version on my home laptop around alpha stage every time and never have had a serious issue.
I'm on Fedora 24 from 10 of March.
Totally unsafe
Totally bullshit
Rawhide is even more pain in the ass sometimes, then not-even-alpha Fedora release.
Haha

I am planning on moving to CentOS. So still thinking on Fedora 24
Totally bullshit
Depends on the hardware. Some machines wouldn't be able to handle the new versions because of hardware limitations. There's no black-or-white "safe" or "unsafe" blanket statement you can make. It all depends on what you're running and your own personal specifications.

I'm planning on upgrading my laptop come the official Alpha release. Based on the blockers I read about, I don't think I would be affected if I chose to upgrade now, but I think I'll just hold off until it's official next week. I'm wondering if I need to make my RAM upgrade sooner than later.
I did my update to F23 some week before the RC was declarared gold un the GO/NoGO meeting, there were some issues with anaconda than no dot block a update with dnf, so I shoukd suggest to way the betta releases, I run Alpha in VM

So you are not running fc24?
I wonder what is the @sesivany fedora setup?
What DE, what repos are enabled, which one's are disable?
No, I am running F23, I did the upgrade from 22 to 23 when I did not see issues with dnf system upgrade
I think that would be interesting material to read on fedora magazine.

On a VM or a physical machine?
I have F23 in my laptop with a rawhide VM, I have a f23 VM than I want to update a alpha, but note than rawhide os F25 now

Good to know, iirc Kevin Fenzi run fedora rawhide on his daily use laptop, or maybe I'm wrong, but I would like to know what is the setup of their DE.
Manny people think that is a crazy thing to run fedora rawhide as a every day OS on the every day laptop.
I think that it's depends mostly on the DE stability.
You should now than dnf will propect you from updates with broken dependencies, but not will do nothings with bugs, minimal WM like i3 or openbox will resist more than complex DE like gnome por kde

Exactly.
So, that's why I wonder what they are using as every day DE?
Even Mate is pretty stable.
Maybe will wayland there will less changes to break a DE in rawhide
Upgrading to fc24 looks tentative, the improvements on gnome are amazing. But that's the main blocker for me, how stable it is?
I just installed F24 to external hard drive.

I think Inkscape or other vector editor is not so hard for people studied 2D CAD's in college.
